20|02
Since 2020 Chloe and Kaylah have been writing and developing an original play entitled “20|02“ which tells the story of David and Tonya’s journey in creating the African American Flag and Chloe and Kaylah’s rediscovery of it. By bridging the past and present through videos and interviews with family members, Chloe and Kaylah learn more of their father, whose unexpected death left a hole in their family and ruptured a plan to uplift African-American communities in Baltimore and beyond. Their discoveries propose new beginnings if they and their family can find a way to mend the past and take up the flag for tomorrow.

Towson University Theatre Lab (2021)
Chloe and Kaylah Harvey spent the Fall 2021 semester developing 20|02 with Towson University's Theatre Lab and Acting Crew under the direction of playwriting professor Dr. David White. This led to the first presentation of the script for an audience in November of 2021.
The First Reading (2022)
20|02 was presented as a Student Studio performance in Towson University's Ruth Marder Studio Theatre.

A Historic Collaboration with Towson University and Morgan State University (2023)
Shortly after the Student Studio reading, Chloe and Kaylah were offered the opportunity to have the play fully produced by both Towson University and Morgan State University, resulting in a historic collaboration between both schools' theatre programs, and making 20|02 the first student written play to be preformed in Towson's Main Stage Theatre in March of 2023.
Baltimore County Public Library Tour (2025)
Chloe and Kaylah were invited by the Baltimore County Public Library to give a presentation of the flag, and share an excerpt of 20|02 at several locations in February of 2025.
Reading at the Reginald F. Lewis Museum (2026)
The first professional reading of 20|02 directed by Dannielle Hutchinson and produced by Divinia Shorter. This marked the first time Chloe an Kaylah acted in a performance of the play!
